Inner Peace – Herbal Ritual Bath

$18.00

“I flow with life in full acceptance of what is.”

Life ebbs and flows, just like tide—sometimes calm, sometimes turbulent. Often we associate peace with feeling good, but true inner peace is found in the steady acceptance of life and ourselves, exactly as it is and exactly as we are.

The Inner Peace Ritual Bath is your ally in cultivating this state of being. Infused with soothing herbs, purifying salts, and gentle botanicals, this blend invites you to slow down and sink into the present moment,  washing away any resistance and clearing space for calm and clarity to emerge.

About Herbal Ritual Baths

Used across different cultures and spiritual traditions for centuries, herbal baths assist in purifying and harmonizing the energetic bodies, rejuvenating the spirit, and connecting us with the essence of Mother Earth.

Lovingly crafted with organic herbs, flowers, and Himalayan salt, each bath is infused with Reiki energy and healing mantras to purify your energy and support your highest intentions.

Ingredients

Himalayan salt, calendula*, jasmine*, rose petals*, chamomile*, lavender*, lemon balm*, peppermint*

*organic

Suggested Use

Prepare a bath, adding herbal bath ritual contents. Call on plant spirits, elements, guides, ancestors, and any other supportive energies you feel called to work with. Express gratitude and ask for support in your intentions.

Enter the bath without distractions, letting the plants and your intuition guide you. Focus on affirmations to support your intentions or listen to a guided meditation. Cleanse your entire body and crown (top of head) with water and herbs.

When you're finished, thank the plants and any energies that assisted you. Avoid rinsing off - instead, let the herbs air dry on your body or lightly pat dry with a towel.

Use a strainer to gather herbs before draining the tub. Offer the herbs back to the earth in thanks or dispose of them as you choose.

If you have concerns about your pipes, you can also brew the contents as a tea and add to your bath water or add them to a tea bag and place it directly in the bath. If you don't have a bathtub, brew the contents as a tea and use a cup or bowl to pour them over your body in the shower.

May be used for up to three baths.

For external use only. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or nursing. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
